Jiangxi Copper Lead&Zinc Metal Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as the company) is applying for LBMA Silver Good Delivery Refiner status, will comply with the requirements of, requires partners to comply with all applicable laws and regulations on labor protection in the country/region where they are registered and operate.
本要求適用于江西銅業(yè)鉛鋅金屬有限公司及其貴金屬供應(yīng)鏈上下游合作商。
This requirement applies to Jiangxi Copper Lead&Zinc Metal Co., Ltd and its upstream and downstream partners in the supply chain of precious metals.
合作商必須確保所有員工自愿被雇傭，合作商不得雇用任何形式的強(qiáng)迫勞動(dòng)者。
Partners must ensure that all employees are employed voluntarily, and shall not employ any form of forced workers.
合作商不得扣留身份證明文件，不得限制人身自由。
Partners shall not withhold identity documents, restrict personal freedom.
合作商應(yīng)遵守所有適用的與工作時(shí)間及休息相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)，所有加班必須自愿。
Partners shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to working hours and rest, and overtime must be voluntary.
合作商向員工支付的薪酬應(yīng)符合所有適用的工資法律。
Remuneration paid by partners to employees shall comply with all applicable wage laws.
合作商不得使用暴力，包括但不限于言語(yǔ)侮辱、威脅、體罰、性騷擾或肉體脅迫員工。
Partners shall not use violence, including but not limited to verbal insults, threats, corporal punishment, sexual harassment or physical coercion of employees.
合作商應(yīng)根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)胤?，尊重所有員工自愿組建和加入工會(huì)、進(jìn)行集體談判與和平集會(huì)以及拒絕參加此等活動(dòng)的權(quán)利。
Partners shall respect the rights of all employees to voluntarily form and join trade unions, conduct collective bargaining and peaceful assembly and refuse to participate in such activities in accordance with local laws.
合作商應(yīng)提供安全和健康的工作環(huán)境。
Partners shall provide a safe and healthy working environment.
合作商應(yīng)制定必要的程序和體系以預(yù)防、管理、跟蹤和報(bào)告工傷和疾病，并實(shí)施糾正措施以消除影響，幫助員工重返工作。
Partners shall develop necessary procedures and systems to prevent, manage, track and report industrial injuries and diseases, and shall implement corrective measures to eliminate impact and help employees back to work.
合作商應(yīng)采用當(dāng)?shù)卣Z(yǔ)言向員工提供適當(dāng)?shù)慕】蹬c安全培訓(xùn)，在工作場(chǎng)所張貼健康與安全相關(guān)信息。
Partners shall provide appropriate health and safety training to employees in local language, and shall post health-related and safety-related information in the workplace.
合作商應(yīng)為員工提供干凈的衛(wèi)生間設(shè)施和飲用水，必要時(shí)提供干凈衛(wèi)生的食物、儲(chǔ)藏與用餐設(shè)施。員工宿舍應(yīng)保持潔凈安全，以及合理的生活空間。
Partners shall provide clean toilet facilities and drinking water for employees, and clean and sanitary food, storage and dining facilities if necessary. Dormitory of employees shall be kept clean and safe, and reasonable living space shall be maintained.
合作商高層管理者應(yīng)定期評(píng)審自身及上游合作商，以確保其關(guān)于勞動(dòng)者保護(hù)相關(guān)社會(huì)責(zé)任履行的適宜性、充分性和有效性。
Senior management of partners shall regularly review itself and its upstream partners to ensure the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of their performance of social responsibilities related to the protection of workers.
